When entrepreneur Steve Neid created a fat-free pizza, he didn't find success until people started talking about it on web sites like WeightWatchers.com and Hungry-girl.com. That's when the orders started pouring in. Consumers recommending the special pizza to other consumers ended up generating more sales than a formal ad campaign in magazines. The lesson here is that word of mouth always starts with having a product or service worth talking about.
